Universal Engine Simulator Powered by Ardustim - Crank, Cam, Cam2, and Analog Outputs
The OpenLogicEFI Engine Simulator, powered by the Ardustim firmware, is a powerful tool for simulating engine operation and testing various sensor and control systems. This simulator can simulate three simultaneous digital trigger patterns—crank, cam, and cam2—through free and open-source software, making it a versatile and flexible tool for hardware testing and diagnostics.

Digital Features:
Included Arduino Nano with USB-C Connector: The included Arduino Nano comes with a USB-C connector (cable not included).
Simulate Various Patterns: The simulator features several crank and camshaft signals for testing various patterns (see Ardustim GitHub). RPM can be controlled with an onboard potentiometer.
Optocoupler Controlled Output: Signal outputs with external pull-ups higher than 5V can be used.
Optional Onboard 5V Pull-Up: Jumper selectable 5V onboard pull-up is available if required (rarely needed, but there if you do).
Simulate Sensor Readings: Individually simulate TPS, MAP, coolant temperature, intake air temperature, and O2 (1V and 5V jumper selectable) sensors with onboard potentiometers.
Test ECU Inputs: The momentary button with selectable output (GND / 5V) can be used to test ECU inputs such as launch control.
LED Indicators: The simulator features 8 fuel injector LEDs, 8 ignition LEDs, and 4 additional ground-switching LEDs (fuel pump, fan, 2 spare) for easy visual monitoring of engine operation.
Easy to Use: Screw terminals make for easy universal use.
Fully Assembled.
