Shipping Policy & Processing Time:

Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a delay in shipment of more than 7 business days we will contact you via email.

Damages:

OpenLogicEFI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping:

OpenLogicEFI ships to most countries worldwide, with few exceptions. However, due to constantly evolving challenges, we recommend consulting the USPS International service disruptions page for reference. We reserve the right to cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to: requests to ship to countries experiencing service suspensions, requests from customers to falsify customs forms, encountering abnormal or excessive customs challenges, or requests to ship to international PO Boxes. In the rare event of an order cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

OpenLogicEFI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
