Shipping Policy & Processing Time:
Some products require assembly, but most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. If there will be a shipment delay of more than 7 business days, we will contact you via email.
Damages:
OpenLogicEFI is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping:
OpenLogicEFI ships to most countries worldwide, with some exceptions. However, due to constantly evolving international shipping challenges, we recommend consulting the USPS International service disruptions page for reference. We reserve the right to cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to: requests to ship to countries experiencing service suspensions, requests to falsify customs forms, abnormal or excessive customs complications, or requests to ship to international PO Boxes. In the rare event of an order cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
OpenLogicEFI is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.).
