OpenLogicEFI Return Policy

At OpenLogicEFI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

   • Items must be in new, unused, and restockable condition.

2. Refund Process:

   • Approved returns will be refunded within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the item.

   • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your original payment method.

3. Inspection of Returns:

   • All returned items are thoroughly inspected and photographed upon receipt.

   • Items returned in non-new condition may be denied a refund.

   • Customers will receive an email with detailed images and a clear explanation if the return is rejected.

4. Rejected Returns:

   • If a return is rejected, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to have the item returned.
